Introduction

The mental seed/ concept. Have you ever wanted to change something in your life, but you just couldn’t seem to get started? Maybe you wanted to lose weight, get in shape, or start a new business. This is where a lot of us make a mistake because we say something, but internally, we don’t believe it or there is a conflict of some sort with what we believe to be true and what is actually possible. This is not a trial by fire, but it is a journey that you have created yourself. This mental strategy is something that you can achieve be thoughtful of what can be done with the time you have set for yourself.

The seed always have within it, everything it needs to become what it has been programmed to be.

Now that seed has everything he needs to get to that 10 kg go you know what it will feel like when you reach that goal how happy will be energised you will be. But between now and that reaching that goal that’s where the hard work starts.

Check points for your mental strategy:

1. Does your mental strategy take you into a new area of growth.

2. Visualise your success. Take some time each day to visualise yourself achieving your goal. This will help you stay motivated and focused.

3. Are you in total alinement internal and external in presenting your strategy to the world. There cannot any conflict.

4. Make sure its the right strategy you are wanting to do. Can you actually do the strategy in question?

5. You have to learn to trust yourself.

6. Make it as easy as possible for yourself to do. If you need to be going out every morning to jog, put out your running gear, the night before.

7. Reward yourself along the way, you reach a certain milestone reward yourself.

8. Enjoy the journey along the way.
